This policy explains what personal information this store collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to ask about it.
What we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, telephone number if you provide one, the contents of any message you send us, and details about your order. We also receive the technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, and information about how you reached the store.
Payment information
Card and payment details are entered on the payment provider's own secure form. We do not receive or store your card number or security code. We receive only the result of the payment (for example, whether it succeeded) and a transaction reference.
Why we use it
To process and ship your order; to answer your questions and handle refunds; to detect and prevent fraudulent orders; to keep the records we are required to keep; and to understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with:
- Shopify, which hosts and runs this store.
- The payment provider that processes your payment.
- Our supplier and fulfillment partner, who packs and ships your order - they receive the delivery name and address and the item ordered.
- The carrier or postal service that delivers the parcel, for tracking purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks for their own use.
Cookies
The store uses cookies and similar storage to keep your cart and session working, to remember preferences, and to measure basic store usage. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the store from working.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed to run the store and to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
